Connect an SFTP Server

To connect an SFTP server to Domo Documents, you need the following credentials from your SFTP server administrator:
  • Hostname — the address of the SFTP server
  • Port — typically 22 for standard SFTP connections
  • Username and Password — your SFTP server credentials
An SFTP passphrase is a security measure used to encrypt your private key on your local machine. It provides an additional layer of protection, ensuring that even if your key file is stolen, it cannot be used without the passphrase. An SFTP passphrase is distinct from your regular server account password.
